The Domus Civita is a house located on the top of the Etruscan tombs and caves in Italy. The house has been fully restored, maintaining all historical value, and now boasts a heated pool and wine cellar.

I went there on a school trip (35 years ago, the town is called Civita di Bagnoregio) - lovely place. The town was only accessed via a footbridge so is only for the hardy.
I bet they loved it when 2 bus loads of teenagers were let loose in their tranquil paradise.
