I agree, not bad .... from $3000 to $75,000 though ... could've also bought a
pre-manufactured home as a kit for around $18,000 - $24,000 that would be
twice the size and brand new ... just sayin

Don't forget the building permit fee. Engineer fee for engineered plans to raise it. Contractor to raise it. If you are not careful things start to add up quick.
