"Potentially habitable" means nothing if we cannot explore them and see if they meet the EXTREMELY long list required to meet a habitable planet. Cool these planets exist in the habitable zone, (close enough to the sun for liquid water, far enough away to prevent high temperatures) but this is just one of the billions of requirements needed.
Rare Earth Hypothesis. Look it up.

The smallest one is three times the earth size, meaning if its composed out of the same or similar materials, we would be crushed under our own weight.

instead of wars we should spend money on sending millions of satellites all over the universe and maybe one comes across another earth where intelligent life form exists that have the technology to make these distances.
based on the number of planets there is no way that life has not occured somewhere else too it may be just too far away for us
