Probably cheap to buy at the start, but I think the work done says the outlay came later.

Beautifully done, I would live there.

After I find the huge monies needed, obviously!

I guess European water towers differ greatly from American water towers. It looks as if it would only be big enough for a couple of hundred citizens to draw from, very small.
