I don't think the last pic (#4) belongs here ... looks like a pic of Russia's Czar bomb
test.
edit: perhaps I was mistaken ... I did a little research, turns out this is
the 'Castle-Bravo' test conducted on March 1st, 1954 at the Bikini Atoll.

, if you look at the foreground all of the pictures were taken from the same point including #4. The mushroom cloud is typical of any explosion as it rises into cooler air including nuclear explosions, conventional explosions, volcanoes, and impact events.
