I'm fairly certain that all of the narrow rail ones are meant for hand trucks, not for wheel chairs. Plus, there are a couple that seem like the would work fine, and I don't think that the first one is meant to be any sort of ramp at all, it's just the way the outside of the building was designed.

just ask your local city and they will say the federal government regulates handicap ramps. ask your federal government who regulates and they will say the local city government. your local city government will not have a building code for ramps.

i am in claxton ga. we do not have a code for them. i am in a wheelchair one yr, to get a ram on subway restarant and 4 more restaurants to go ,9 companys not to the 1973 ADA act less than the new 1993 act

some companies make us use hand trucks ramps so when you go into got something look out for a ramp and if they don't have one ask why not for the kids and the guys and girls coming back from the wars ,you may one day be in a wheelchair yourself hope not!
