,I wouldn't call them dumb there Geo. It looks more like it was abandonded. Much like most of the former U.S.S.R. No money... no upkeep.... if you think this is bad you should see what is happening to all the nukes and the subs. It would scare the shit out of you if you could see what is happening there!!
