for the people who say this isnt art, its just minimalist !!!
just because its simple doesnt mean its art
art can be anything expressive from someone!
as for me, i love this example of minimalist street art.
although, i dont think it can be compared to banksy... since banksy does stencils and characters and this person doesnt.
