I don't think they test each one. Looks like all those machines (except one) were in a lab and not on a production line. They probably do what every other manufacturer does: test only a small representative sample of each production batch.

I have a much different approach to 'testing' .
As a matter of fact I need some "workers" to help me 'test' the last shippment of condoms ii jusgt got in.
