One 22-year-old Chinese has constructed himself a helicopter.
It is made of old water pipes, powered by a motorcycle engine and it cost $1,460 to build.
Probably it can’t even fly, but the police have forbidden him to take off anyway.

aaaaagggghhghg! You cant spend $1,460 on a thing like that and then not be able to at least try and take off! What's wrong with the world!
