If your phone/MP3 player/laptop/ gets wet, you might be able to save it if you can dry it out quickly enough. Here's how to do it:
1. Turn on the oven to the lowest setting (usually ~175 F).
2. Open up the device and remove everything you can (covers, battery, memory card, etc.)
3. Dry it as best you can with a towel.
4. After the oven has preheated, TURN THE OVEN OFF! (What this guy forgot to do.)
5. Place the device on thick folded towel on a middle or lower rack.
6. Let it sit there for at least an hour.
