some of the people probably demanded that the government do something
about all the stray dogs in the city ... so after, what I'm sure was some
seriously hard work ( ever try to capture a FREE animal, they don't go quietly).
These chukleheads turn around and get them freed again .........
Faith in Humanity just took one step forward and two steps back.
We need a 'face palm' smiley.

Yes, it'd suck to end up as food but these are not sociable animals/suitable pets.
$20 each for half wild antisocial animals that are likely to bite? Yeah that happened, lol.

Where are the pics of the people playing with and holding these dogs?
-the closest you get is the girl petting a caged one.
It does suck the tiny changes they lived in.

These dogs are probably all nuttier than squirrel shit; why set them free on the unsuspecting public?...

Freeing those poor innocent dogs is one of the greatest things ever. I think the people who put them there in the first place and in those cages to be killed (sadistically mostly) and the ones who think its right are the ones who should be there...would not shed a tear for them..
...
