If you don't mind a compact home that looks fantastic. I have seen pictures of flats far smaller than that, and far less well fitted out.
I could live there, but I don't know what I'll do with all my crap now that I've lost the garage space. The curse of hoarding too many things I suppose.

"Garage transformed" - Looks like they knocked the garage down and built a small house.
That's if it's even on the same plot. The trees in the background are completely different and the lay of the land is different too.

yeah its not even in the same place... the garage also had a huge addition built onto so im not looking at how someone turned a small garage area into a home anymore.

I lived in a house barely larger than that with 4 people and 2 dogs and it was actually quite nice
