Prob would be good, if the instructions were a little clearer. What kind of 'rocket igniter'? Should you block the end after putting the cat litter into it? And as bowlervtec said about the drill, does that not set it off? These are half arsed instructions written by a retard.

if any of you want spared the trouble of following the source link to watch
the video(s) , don't bother, it doesn't work, it fizzes , falls over and goes POP!
