Too be honest, has anyone here actually experienced lucid dreaming? I sort-of think that it's a myth.

I think that's what the "Get a massage" thing was referencing.

Its not a myth. I have experienced it once or twice. A couple of mye friends have done so aswell. And lastely I have friend who have teached himself how to lucid dream, so he does so almost every night. He said it took him around a year, I think, to be able to recognise when he was dreaming. And by being aware youre dreaming, you become "awake" aka "lucid" in the dream.

I once read a study that says "video gamers" have more control over there dream then anyone else. It was a god study. Look it up :)

Lucid dreaming is awesome. Even just paying closer attention to my non-lucid dreams has helped me learn a lot about myself.

I prefer to play my 'instrument' in front of my computer, in a well darkened
and shuttered room.

Yep, flying is the best of them all.

I have had lucid dreams before and let me tell you they are amazing when you finally realize mid dream that you are dreaming and like a crowd of people walking by just stop and you can do anything you want. The down side for me and I feel like this isn't everyone's situation, but I wake up really tired when I lucid dream so I rarely do it.
