The second-to-last photo is from an actual magazine photo shoot (I forget the name of the magazine now, it was a UK one I think) highlighting how women don't necessarily have to be waif thin to be sexy.
And yes, I think many girls would do well to understand that they only thing that makes them different than the "beautiful" celebrities is that the celebrities have access to a makeup artist and a photoshop crew.
