2 of the people killed were actually outside their cars and behind the road barriers... see that overturned car there? It landed on them.

Thanks for that insight there mee, which makes it sadder in many ways. They were probably 'safe' but for luck failing them.

In a way, the total of three dead really doesn't reflect the lives ruined in other ways through injury or other ongoing health problems after the accident. The unseen scars can sometimes be just as damaging.

I drove for a living, courier and parcel work, and you're never safe behind the wheel.
