I'm guessing the title should be 'how to remove a wheel that is seized or stuck'.

sometimes that does happen when the bolts get wet and freezes up, but to save myself from all the hassle, i just use a hair dryer.

Here where the idiots put salt on the roads to keep them from freezing, the problem with stuck wheels is comom... "rust"
But i have a 10kg plastic hammer to solve the problem, and on most of my cars i use in the wintertime i have cupperpaste on all the bults and everithing to newer have to use the hammer...

It happened recently to me, after removing the bolts, the tire was stuck. Just grab a heavy hammer and a strong piece of wood, place the wood stick inside the rim and give it a big hit (you have to lay down under the car so be careful), the wheel will pop out easily. Then apply some oil or grease to the screws.
