I'm with synyster616, there is definitely more going on here than they're admitting to.
Look at the devastation around the area, and then the state of the trucks. They were beside the explosion, not at the centre of it. The crater would be under or part of where the trucks are, but is does look like they may have unloaded into a building that has then exploded.
The smashed blockwork, side on damage to the trucks and further peripheral damage give some direction to the shockwave.
Pity there's no source, although my poor chinese skills may let me down there too.
