The last meal is a customary part of a death row inmate's last day. In most states alcohol or tobacco is usually denied as a part of the last meal. If request is unavailable it will be replaced with a substitute. In Florida the food for the last meal must be purchased locally and it shouldn't cost over $40. The prisoner may choose to distribute his last meal among other inmates. In September 2011, the state of Texas abolished all special last meal.

too many pedo/child murderers get off to lightly here (uk)
so much so that an other inmate killed one and tryed to kill another.he was on trial last week i think

I don't know the reason behind this post, I guess it was just meant to be informative, interesting?..

I think it's really sad..
I don't even know how those people, knowing they'll die could eat before that..
can anyone imagine what they must have gone through?
No matter what they did, this is too cruel..

No one has the right to kill and get away with it, it applies to murderers, why doesn't it apply to the government?

Why not just give them a life sentence?
Why should they be killed if they'll just eventually die in prison?

This made me really sad, I really wish the death penalty would get forbidden in all countries, it's too inhumane..

If the government is trying to punish someone for something horrible they did, how is it setting a good example by doing the exact same horrible thing to that someone?..

This isn't the past anymore, man should have learned that all people have the right to live...and if you take that right from someone...you're just playing god..

dude there isnt enough room in prisons and plus you and me and everone has to take care of them when you pay taxs. i think muders childmolsters and anyone else that took a life should have there's taken. its not fair to keep them alive
