...that was a justified war. those german pow camps were the worst since the inquisition and killed way more people.

CCCP killed 7miljon ukranians in 1 year.

Yeah well, in 1221 Genghis Khan killed 1,750,000 people in one day the old-fashioned way - beheading.
In the city of Nishapur (Persia) or modern day Iran... A Nishapurian archer killed his favorite son-in-law. He beheaded everyone in the city at his daughter's request.
Genghis Khan killed some 40 million people, without the use of explosives or any modern implement.

After centuries of wars and cruelties it's quite an achievement that central Europe is at peace.
"Justified war"? I don't know... that sounds so harsh. It was a world war, so every party has to shoulder a blame. But I'm glad that the Allied won, because that victory had stopped at least some insane dictators from committing more crimes.
