that's a great place to have a party! you can fit like five people in the main shower. the sprinkler system would make me nervous though.

First of all, the TV sucks.
Second, I have a shower like that (mine's square though), and trust me, cleaning that thing is a bitch.
Pretty sweet place overall though.

3 million are you serious? Concrete walls, cheap flooring, exposed support beams & brackets - the place only looks half finished. And it's really not that big, and either is the terrace. I say you could do MUCH better for that kind of dough!
