I finished helping two workmates sort their laptops out tonight, both Windows 7 machines, and the most annoying bit is the little tinkly noise the fuckers make every time they reboot.
AAAAARRRRGGHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!
Why oh why does that have to happen??
Why not a groan of despair, or a fart, or the last breath of a rational human being? No, just a tinkly fucking noise.......
Microsoft have a lot to answer for, but having taken out/taken over every small company that has innovated on a parallel direction and crushed them, for which we are all partly to blame too, we are left with little to choose.
Please no Apple fanboy nonsense as we're all not that rich, or blind to the walled garden approach that awaits you there either.
