This compound was used as the filming location of "The Big Lebowski". Now it's on sale. It's located in Venice, LA, California. The compound has six one bedroom cottages, garage and courtyard. Bungalows are just blocks away from the beach. And it costs only $2,295,000. Not that much if you are a real Big Lebowski fan :)

i thought the movie was pretty cool. there are a ton of people with Big Lebowski tattoos, i'm sure one of those fanatics will buy it.
