We did not have domestic pets. Mostly monkeys, lizards, baby crocodiles, barn owls, tortoises and bugs of all kinds found in the bush. Good to get your mind of off what you were busy with. Great post.

love this poast - great to see the comfort the animals bring the soldiers, and the comfort the soldiers bring the animals - sad about the war zone --- wish we could stop this shit, and live in peace. I know, I know.....
