That first picture looks like a safe( finished) commercial property with a lot of snow. The rest of the pics seem to show another building that was still under construction when the damage occured. Something off about that presentation.

snow can be very heavy. in the northern regions, the roof pitch is a lot steeper than those in the southern areas.
