The authorities are more particular now. When you renew your passport you need a current pic that really looks like you. 03

i've seen this with the italian patente's. they get the pic taken when they first get their drivers license and don't change it until it gets lost. 50 year old men carrying around a pic of a young looking guy. fun to look at.
