Hands down, the most elite men (soon to be and women) in the in any branch of military.

I'd say British SAS, Soviet Union Spetsnaz, and PLA Special Forces are at least equal, if not more elite than Navy Seals, if you consider worldwide military ops.

You have to survive for 14 days with nothing but water, insects, and snakes blood to make the cut in PLA Special Forces. There are probably 300 million people available to make that cut that aren't worried about a paycheck.

@Johnson, you may or may not be right about the other countries special forces however I give them all credit as its a job I'm guessing most of us couldn't do.

A special thanks should go out to all them for work and hardship that we may never know about.

Dallzit - If you're referring to Osama Bin Laden, the carpet was laid out years ago. And you have to be gullible enough to believe it was a 'covert' operation by 'highly trained Navy Seals'.

No offence, but the US military has never won a war it started in the last 60 years (that's an 0-6 record)... Oh yeah, piss-ant third world powers like North Korea and Pakistan have nukes too now.
