Those are amazing photo restorations by a 76-year-old man from China. He fixes the photos using Photoshop. And he does it all for free. Great job.

, Just because you see some outstanding photographic work, don't assume that photoshop is the only tool in the tool box. Restorations like these have been produced photographicly/manually even before the computers as know them were built in the late 40's (ENIAC, the first Turing complete Van Neumann machine).
