How is this even a debate?

The obvious answer is over... The end of the roll hangs in free space, not toucjhing the wall where there are potential germs and/or condensation. As well, by seeing the end of the roll, you don't have to reach under and around again. You're already doing that.

What difference does it really make? It does the same thing and ends up in the same place anyway you hang it. 62

My stand is vertical so, assuming I'd care, my debate would be "left vs. right". But I don't.

definately OVER
I will change the roll whenever my wife puts it on the wrong (under) way. I don't know why I ever married her. A pre-nupe in the future will require the OVER method.
When you have to reach under it's a waste of time and effort.
I don't know they even make one ply.
I also fold the paper. I do NOT bunch it up into a ball.
True story. I must get this from my parents because my mother told my father he was using to much toilet paper so he kept track of the sheets used and would mark a post-it note to keep a record.
No wonder I'm screwed up. I should go to an Adult Children program to deal with these toilet paper issues.

I much rather prefer a bidet... But over is the way the military teaches and the cleanly torn end at 12 o'clock.
