The ossiary Catacombes de Paris is located in a labryinth of unused lime quarries. It goes on for miles. You can visit part of it at the Place Denfert-Rochereau. It holds the bones of 6 million people. As the cemeteries filled up they dug up the bones and moved them to the catacombes to make new for the newly dead
