All this popularity with Star Wars. Will there be another movie? Or do we just keep reliving the past?

raymond.wendt, things like Star Wars endure because they are classics which speak to many generations - mine, my daughter's, and my grandson's. For the same reason, Marx Bros. films endure for generations after they stopped making them (my grandfathers, my father's, mine, my daughters, my grandson's, and many more following that.) Everybody knows Groucho, Harpo, and Chico; everybody knows Luke, Hans, and Leia.

I love this post, and I loved the movies. And, being one in a million, I liked the prequels as well. Still, I have to admit that I had enough of it.

In regards to the guy with the shades.... I dont think they will make another movie.... sadly BUT I do have a gut feeling they will "attempt" to remake the originals.... I enjoyed the special effects of the new movies and the acting and drama of the original... they just need to find a way to combine the 2 series and they will hit it out of the park.... but I doubt that will happen
