You're so right :)! It's not an easy task at all, actually it's much easier to get fat than thin again. And this people made a good job. OH if all americans were like them xD...
But some people are lazy enough to keep fat, and fat, and more fat...
The first guy makes me remember of myself a little, lol. Once I gained wheight and god a little fat because of some pills, yeah antidepressives made me fat, I took them for about an year so it was one of the bad consequences. But I never ate a lot. And weirdly I can eat and never get fat.
Thankfully, I got back to normal. I lost some wheight and keep losing, I eat little portions of food. Though, I'm with many striaes and makes me discusting you know, from my knees to my lower back I have some. I wish they could disappear one day, I have to get a solution for this.
