Looks like a fake. The pictures look very old, but you need a really fast and recent camera to shot this kind of photos.

You can see the difference of the baby position between the pic number 2 and 3. Look like a doll to me. Either ways the pic is old, it must be 2 puppets, no need to even hide the wires, there is to much grain

In pics #1 and #2 the wings' feathers have EXACTLY the same position, which is virtually impossible. So yes, it's a fake.
