Someone has left these cute bear cubs in a cardboard box near the gates of the safari park in Vladivostok, Russia. They almost froze to death but were rescued by the park personal. They were immediately fed with milk and honey.

olborer, That's what I think:
These are cubs, not mature so they drink milk. Honey (carbohydrates, etc) is for renewing organism because they were freezing cold. When they grow up, they will eat meat but not yet.
