I'm a bit confused about the pictures however. The trees in the background are totally bare. Plus the ice is a strange color. It looks to me that it might be a small waterfalls and the wind has caused the spray to stick to the trees & bushes in the vicinity.

There is a waterfall there, yes, it's in estonia. unfortunately the pictures dont show the waterfall. its quite beautyful-
