Here is light painting WiFi. This is exactly how it looks like in the air. Unfortunately, or fortunately, we can't see it with the naked eye. Because this is what we would see everywhere.

OK, it's an interesting project, but... it in no way shape or form is what Wifi looks like in the air. It's a representation of the signal strength at the point of the detector.
