At least they shipped the right part (I hope). I have a vendor send me new screws the different times and each time I got different screws, not none of the worked in the equipment. You might saw, I got scresed

Considering past work I've done with Dell, I'm almost surprised it didn't come in 65 separate shipping boxes.

Not surprised at all. My guess is they are already in the envelope packages back at Dell. And the worker just places x in a pox per the packing list.

Yep, the IS how Dell does everything, in fact I have about 500 of those screws, I could have made some money, half the hardware they send isn't needed.
