This woman is a huge gelatinous blob. Even so, I really don't think anyone could actually eat that much food in one sitting. Maybe she ate all of this during the holidays (it's anybodies guess how long that covers).
There's easily 100 pounds of food represented here, I don't believe it as one single meal.
