Me and a gym friend who share a hobby for bushcraft and whatnot went on a little scouting trip for a location to build a livable long stay shelter we plan to build over several weekends.

So I just got this knife from my father. I have been begging him for it since I was 12 and I always wondered if it was a knife used in war or if it was too new! So tell me what you guys think. I have no idea except that I always thought it was so cool!

Quadded up 35km this weekend solo up to a glacier lake in southern BC (Canada) and brought my hot tent and some good grub.
