Thursday was the most dramatic day in the history of Romania's parliament. Television engineer Adrian Sobaru jumped from a balcony protesting against austerity measures. Adrian Sobaru, the father-of-two wore a t-shirt saying “You killed our children’s future.” Sobaru was not seriously injured. As emergency medical workers took him out on a stretcher, Sobaru shouted "Freedom!"

When you've got no hope, you will do just about anything! It's sad to see this happening, but in a way I admire him, because he made his massage heard!

So, was his intention to commit suicide? (therefore the message on his shirt would speak for him). Or is he mentally unbalanced?, he landed right next to a guy that was seated, actually made contact with him. Very foolish, certainly not rational behavior.etc.

You-Know-Who,
Defaming our country my ass, the imbecile is YOU. If you believe what you just wrote up there, then maybe you are one of those guys who doesn't have nothing to do with the money and spend 6 nights in a week in luxurious clubs.
How big can be this guy's salary as electrician in a country where average salary is 250 euros (two hundred and fifty, to clarify for other members from European Union) and we all seen and heard on mass media that after the big 25 % cuts on budgetary people salaries in this summer, a lot of people live now with a little above 100 euros per month, but with costs and prices on the market at the European Union level.
Returning to this guy, he has a "dreamy" salary of 1.200 lei (witch is a little less then 300 euros) witch is STILL not enough for a family with 2 children and one of them is ill of AUTISM. Learn more about this illness and what costs implies and then talk again, you moron.
To bad of one thing in my opinion, and that is the suffering of his family because his gesture had NO effect, our rulers in Romanian Parliament being immune to sensibility and have no respect for the ones that elected them.
Shame, we are a country where our opinions are worth a big zero (take for example last year when we people voted in mass for a unicameral parliament and reduction of parliamentarians number, but after a year the things are still the same and what we voted has been forgotten), and we don't have anymore the power to change that. I'm ashamed with my beautiful country, a paradise in the heart of Balkans, robbed and destroyed right to the core by the ones we voted.
