It happened in the UK. The woman was fighting for her life after she plunged through the ice when she was trying to help her dog to get out of the icy water. A man threw a dog's lead to the stricken woman and pulled her to safety.

I like how the dog just walks away ahead while the woman barely crawls out...

just shows how little dogs and cats care about their owners

rusboris, they do care, but they have their own instinct and do not ratiotinate like us humans. Probably more than a half of owners wouldn't make this big effort to save their pets lives...

That's love! I'm sure the dog would have done the same for her if it could!

Yeah, she just couldn't understand that dogs swim better than humans 07 Anyway, I guess i would have done the same thing except that i wouldn't have jumped in the water, I would of thrown a branch or something in order for the dog to catch it. Anyway, odd that the man and the woman have the same clothes. 08

that must be a husband and wife. matching jackets, 1 dog, 1 leash, the willingness to risk their lives for each other.

in my opinion......anyone who has a pet and does anything less than risk their own life to save that pet....does not deserve to have a pet. That is just how I feel 100%
