Hundreds of children in Richmond, Virginia, will see it in nightmares. A huge Rudolph balloon was guided by volunteers using ropes. The reindeer took a blow to the head courtesy of the traffic light and deflated in front of horrified children.

that's what you get spending your whole parade budget on a fleet of segways. though to be honest i was hoping for something much more sonic boom-like. it just kind of fizzled.
