On December 7, 1941, the Japanese launched a surprise attack against the U.S. Forces stationed at Pearl Harbor , Hawaii. Almost 70 years later (in 2011 it will be the 70-year anniversary) was found an old Brownie camera with a film inside it. The film contains previously unseen photos of Pearl Harbor bombing. The photos were taken by a sailor who was on the USS Quapaw ATF-110.

great pics but the lead story is not true. these are not long lost pics found in a brownie camera. Some of these were published many many years ago,

I've never seen these before, am I to assume that's the camera that was found? Pretty good shape for having been such a hellish demolishion...makes you wonder.
