I like the fact they met in school, when they were both so young. The pressures of being something else comes soon enough.

They have had a while to consider life in the public eye, simpler for William and could yet be difficult for Kate.

They've been together a while now so best of luck to them. The ring is a nice touch, but I hope people don't read too much symbolism into it and let it overshadow Kate herself.
