Not to point out the obvious, but these are food choices offered by American fast food franchise chains.

I'm pretty sure there are much healthier food options being provided by the locals.

The Golden Fortune Cheesy Crown pizza by Pizza hut is not from Japan. It's from Malaysia (cos of the bank name and the currency).

It was a Chinese New Year special limited edition pizza flavour. It's one of the most horrible "fusion" pizzas I've tasted.
