I know a few people who look like these dolls, and I would never say they are ugly. Different maybe, but not ugly...

I agree 1001% I was going to say the same thing as I was thinking that a lot of these dolls are a representation of every day people. They might not make peoples' list of 100 sexiest people but IMHO they are far from ugly. My niece is a red head and has the freckels but believe me if you saw her you would drop to your knees! She is a good honest girl with a heart so big I can't believe that it doesn't pop out of her chest. I have a red headed nephew who is a little ...well...let's just say he is more quiet and he is not mean but he does not wear his heart on his sleave/sleeve (spelling?) but he has had q lot of girlfriends that belong on the maxim's 100 list...the top 25 part.
so I hate to see these dolls as ugly... I would say unique.

I have to disagree. I have never met anyone who i feel resembles these dolls. If i was your niece and heard that you thought i looked like one of these dolls, i would be very offended! lol
