Hate to break to it you, but with the exception of the Shuttle, I'm pretty confident that *none* of those aircraft are breaking the sound barrier. The vapour cones are not indicators of super mach speeds, they're indicators of pressure changes which can happen at any speed.

Great shots! It is called the Prandl-Glauert Singularity and it does occur transonic speeds and at subsonic speeds for high G turns. The images where the water vapor is on one side of the plane would be high speed turns. Images where the vapor is a cone on all sides of the airplane would be transonic.
