So, what? She didn't notice the frog when she picked the bottle up in the shop? Or when she opened it? Or when she was pouring the wine into her glass? Idiot. If it had been a red wine I could have understood it, but not white. And what grounds to sue? Because she was already too blind drunk when she began drinking the bottle? A refund from the shop possibly, but that's about it.

So the lesson here is - Drink 5/6 of the bottle first, then sue. Make sure to let your frog ferment first.

She may want to invest in a stronger pair of glasses. How the hell do you not see the frog when you look at the bottle pick it up, pour it and put it back down. Wouldn't you notice the thing sloshing around in there. Well she does look like a wino so she was probably to drunk to notice.

You all blame her for not noticing, but what about the store workers? Why they didnt noticed it? Its THEIR job to notice things and control the quality of the products they sell. It was entire frog and it passed all the way to the client...

I had an old friend who poured some milk from a new carton and noticed there were "lumps" in it. He didn't drink any but claimed he did. So he called his lawyer and they had it analyzed. Turns out it was human feces! Since it went through the pasteurization process it was deemed harmless, however, the thought of it is rather sickening.
In court the defense lawyer for the milk company pointed out that since it was essentially harmless there should be no compensation. My friend disagreed. Well then Mr. _______, just how much money do you think you should get from this? My friend gave the most perfect answer I could ever have imagined, he said, "I'll take whatever you'll take to drink a glass of it."
He received a reasonable sum.
Now I know that what he did wasn't right in the eyes of the truth since he didn't really drink any of it. But, like this lady, he saw a chance to gain a bit from a mistake by a large corporation. In addition, you can bet that the milk company did some serious investigating into how human feces got into their product in the first place. I'm sure they also implemented steps to prevent it from happening again.
So, in the end, what my friend did was get paid to tighten-up the milk company's quality control.
