As a designer myself, I really enjoyed this and made me laugh, because it happened to me as am sure it happens to everyone.
However, I wonder why clients have any opinions about design at all.
The thing they are missing is that they hired me to do my job. I don't go around telling them how to do theirs. They should just learn to let go and trust that I know how to communicate with the public on their behalf.
It's coming to the fact that I only know how to operate the software, and not based on my expertise and artistic eye.
